Payments
On this website you can pay for a CARFAX report in the amount of 50 MDL. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the page with the report and it will also be duplicated by the e-mail that you specified when purchasing. By switching site languages, the price and payment options will change. In Russian, the price will be in rubles. By choosing the language RU, it becomes possible to pay only in RUB through Agroprombank using the Clover card. In English and Romanian, the price is displayed in MDL and it is possible to pay with Visa and MasterCard cards through Victoriabank.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your report must not have been released and reviewed by you, i.e. must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
Returns
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email notifying you that we have sent your payment back.
If you are approved, your return will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. Official notification of your refund may take some time.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before the return is issued.
